Trecia Warnholz.

Strategic Technologist & Ethical Innovator

I’m Trecia — a creative technologist, strategist, and systems builder who believes tech should work for people, not the other way around.

I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping nonprofits, advocacy groups, and purpose-driven teams use digital tools to grow their impact, tell their stories, and move through chaos with clarity. I care about ethical AI, data rights, and making sure the people doing the real work aren’t left behind as the tech world races ahead.

My work lives at the intersection of technology, equity, and possibility. I build systems that make sense, strategies that move things forward, and tools that actually work in the real world — especially for the people often ignored by traditional tech.

I’m also a mother, a Caribbean immigrant, and someone who’s navigated both power and powerlessness — and it’s made me relentless about creating spaces where people can lead, heal, and build on their own terms.

If you’re trying to build something that matters — I can help.

I work with people who are building more than just organizations — they’re building change.

My work sits at the intersection of technology, equity, and strategy — designing infrastructure that scales, adapts, and protects what matters. I’ve led product and engineering teams, built AI-driven tools, and translated complex problems into solutions that actually work in the real world. I care about what tech makes possible — not just what it makes faster.

AI That Works Where It Matters:

Custom tools designed for
people, purpose, and progress.

AI is transforming the way we work — but most people are left guessing what that means for their careers. This tool gives you personalized, easy-to-understand insights on how AI is impacting your profession. Just enter a job title to explore emerging trends, evolving skill sets, and practical steps to stay ahead in an AI-driven economy. It’s built to inform, not overwhelm — because the future of work should be accessible to everyone.
AI only reflects the input it’s given — and often, that input carries hidden bias. I built this tool to help users identify framing, assumption, and emotional bias in their prompts. It offers neutral, inclusive alternatives so people can get more accurate, ethical, and balanced AI-generated responses — especially in high-stakes work like advocacy, education, or research.
In an age of misinformation, strong writing needs solid evidence. This tool supports writers by identifying unsupported claims, recommending credible sources, and integrating real-time fact-checking using Google’s Fact Check tools. It’s built to help advocates, researchers, and content creators write with more accuracy, integrity, and impact.

Digital Work, Built with Purpose

Here’s a snapshot of the websites I’ve designed and built over the years — each one shaped by the mission behind it. From advocacy platforms to nonprofit tools to creative brand sites, I bring flexibility, strategy, and a creative eye to every build.

Men’s Health Checklist – A Tool Rooted in Legacy

After losing my father to cancer, I created this guide to support proactive men’s healthcare in Barbados. It’s a simple, accessible checklist designed to help men — and the people who love them — take health seriously before crisis hits. Built in partnership with local healthcare providers, this tool was created to make early screenings and routine care easier to understand, track, and prioritize.
Because prevention shouldn’t be complicated — and no one should lose the people they love to what could have been caught early.

Rooted in strategy. Grounded in equity. Built for real-world impact.

Let’s Talk.
